At Diamond Beauty, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we have established the following store policy:

All Sales Are Final: For sanitary reasons, we regret to inform our customers that all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products, except in cases where the item received is damaged or defective upon arrival (see our FAQ under Orders for details on these exceptional cases). If there is an error on Diamond Reign Beauty's part we will be sure to correct it!

Shipping and Delivery

Misdelivered, Stolen, or Missing Items: Diamond Beauty Warehouse is not responsible for items that are misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. We are also not responsible for items that are stolen or go missing after they leave our premises.

Contact Local Post Office: Once an item has left Diamond Beauty Warehouse and is in the possession of the local postal service, any issues related to misdelivery, theft, or missing items should be directed to your local post office. Please contact your local post office for further assistance with tracking, claims, or issues related to the delivery of your order.
